Travel vacancies can now be searched through various websites around the world.
Searching for a travel job on the internet is quick and easy - and you can browse at your leisure away from prying eyes in the office. I looked at six sites: C&M, New Frontiers, Travelworld Selection, Stepstone, Harp Wallen and TopJobs on the Net.
Not surprisingly, the travel recruitment specialists elicited the most vacancies in retail, business travel and tour operations. The general jobs sites may boast vast numbers of vacancies but they are very widespread, although useful if you are looking to move to another industry or country. Both Stepstone (www.stepstone.com) and Top Jobs on the Net (www.TopJobs.net) feature jobs throughout Europe.
